Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as tangled wires.
They're also easy to use with an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're up to.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum. It has the latest features. This top-of-the-line model is swift and agile it can remove debris such as pet hair and human hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish interface that includes a mini map of your house and a few buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another standout characteristic of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently if it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
It comes with a range of other smart features too, including an alternative dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop without requiring you to refill it manually. You can also use voice commands with the S8's built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls using just your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile options. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with combo features that also include mops but comes at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it up and running. This involves setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After this, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop effortlessly.
It is important to remember that the mapping process may take some time and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has an accurate picture of your room. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles however, it got stuck on a rug with tassels and required a flip to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need a cleaning companion that does all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature an inclination that is similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are actually cleaned, not just cleaned. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach spots even a robotic vacuum can't.
The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional features that are smart. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app lets you customize the settings of your choice such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads, empty the dust bins and put the debris in a self sealing bag. This helps to keep the system clean and prevents allergens from recirculating. And its battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that offers impressive features at an affordable price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping technique which uses a rolling device that is continuously misting with water to capture dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also relatively high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than other models.
Like automated vacuum cleaner and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to an established schedule. You can control all its functions using the Eufy app, which gives a clear overview and plenty of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums that are available. It offers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with decent accuracy, and the app lets users fine-tune map coverage, create no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which is a big pain point with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also incorporates intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upwards when they're in proximity to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them with.
The docking station is an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins each time they have to be empty.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office tidy. It also has the ability to reach into the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping camera and laser to create a 3D model of your home so that it can know what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.

It also has some outstanding standout features, including a self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that can get to places that other mops can't reach. robot vacuum hoover can also set your own cleaning schedule within the app and adjust settings for every room in your home.
It has the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and is able to distinguish between laminate and carpets, with high-pile rugs. And, if robot vacuums cheap want to save time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't dirty. If you have a variety of flooring in your home and don't want to invest extra money on a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping capabilities it is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is an excellent option. It comes with a variety of features such as a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It is surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up tangled rug tassels, and its battery drains quicker than other models we tested in our tests.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that provides an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It has a range of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power for light debris to the incredibly powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It can even remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets soaked.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in small spaces. It's quiet and quick and does a good job of navigating tight spots. It's also extremely effective in removing pet hair from carpets.
It's smaller than the majority of its rivals, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has decent suction power and can be programmed to take photos of each object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secured and are not tied to your account.
It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't as effective at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip to the bot's bottom, and it basically drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mophead.
